Store Policies


Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship our Gift Baskets will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3-7 business day delivery time.


Shipping Methods.Our Gift Baskets will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any Gift Basket is  missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice the damage Gift Basket after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. All damages must be Claims via e-mail within 3 business days of the gift being received. We will place a claim with the freight carrier.Once the claim process is completed, a refund or reshipment will be offered.


Manufacturers Defects. If a Gift Basket appears to have a manufacture’s defect, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Do not return Gift Basket to us without first notifying the freigth carrier. If any Gift Basket is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first call the freight carrier to verify. Credit, refunds, or reshipment will only be issued if the damage Gift or discrepancies can be verified by freight carrier.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return Gift Basket must be secured from our return department. Claims must be made within 3 Business days of the Gift Basket being received, to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@chooseyourbasket.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field).If for any reason the customer is unhappy with the Gift, they certainly can return it. If the Gift Basket is simply not wanted or the customer is not satisfied, they may ship it back at their own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the condition of Gift Basket returned.The Gift Basket must be untempered with!

If you received a different Gift Basket than initially purchased, the Basket must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents of the Gift Basket.

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, incorrect addresses, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
